The staff that checked us in was very very helpful. Our room was well-equipped and perfectly clean with a fridge. - Comfortable and good location. - Free parking was available. - A large supermarket and other stores were right next door.

Comfortable location to Rock Ferry metro was a plus. Besides, it was short walk to train station and the big supermarket.

Everything was great, personnel was very helpful. Had a nice size room with fridge, soft towels, for example for a perfect 10/10 stay. Location: the hotel was close enough to the big supermarket LIDL, bus stops and communal areas. Moreover, it was about 20 mins walk from Tranmere Beach;))

The free wifi at this "hotel" was a lifesaver. I had the thrill of requesting an ironing board and it magically appeared! Wow! And it's only 23 km to Chester, in case you're interested in leaving this place.
Who needs a proper hotel when you can stay at a lovely "property" with no name?
